In the afternoon of November 23, President Wang Huimin and Vice President Du Xiaolin came to the new teaching building of ICBUA to inspect the construction process, and gave guidance for the preparation work in reception of the British QAA assessment. Professor Brian Revell, Director of International Policy, also participate in the inspection.

During the inspection, President Wang Huimin indicated that the construction of the new teaching building is important for the development of ICBUA, and the British QAA assessment is not only an assessment of the teaching achievement from International College, but also an assessment of the relevant work of our university. Near the completion of the new building, she required ICBUA to make good preparation and receive the assessment in the best appearance.
据了解，英国QAA全称为英国高等质量保障署，它通过对大学和乐鱼博彩
进行院校评估的方式来帮助和提高英国高等教育的学术标准和质量。对在英国本土以外授课并最终授予英国学位的高校进行评估也是QAA的工作内容之一。当前，英国QAA正在评估与英国合作办学的中乐鱼校的教学质量。11月30日，英国QAA专家来我校检查我校合作办学的硬件条件，并通过召开三个座谈会评估我校合作办学的教学质量。
The British QAA is short for the Quality Assurance Agency. It has the responsibility for helping to improve the academic standards and quality of UK higher education. Parts of QAA’s work include reviewing the provision of course outside the UK that lead to UK awards. Currently, QAA is carrying out a review of the education quality among Chinese schools which have joint programs with UK. On November 30th, experts from QAA will come to our university to make an assessment on the teaching facilities, as well as the education quality of BUA-HAUC joint program through three different sessions.
