30th June,2014, in order to welcome the exchange students from Harper Adams university, ICBUA held a welcome ceremony, the Dean Zhang Zhiyong, the vice Dean Dong Lei and some teachers joined this ceremony.

2014 is the third year that ICBUA hold this program, every Harper can get their own partner. During the program, they will learn Chinese culture, history and Chinese language.
